What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to strict hygiene standards and the intimate nature of swimwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We strongly recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide and contacting us with any fit questions before purchasing. We’re happy to help you find the right size!

Can I arrange for a local pickup?

Yes, for our Cape Town customers! You can arrange for collection of your order in Fish Hoek at a pre-arranged time.

  • Select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours to schedule a convenient collection time.

Do you ship outside of South Africa

Right now, we only ship within South Africa so we can keep our prices affordable, our quality high, and our delivery fast. Shipping overseas would increase costs and slow everything down. Staying local also helps us support jobs and small businesses here at home.
